PrintPlot — Delete Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your PrintPlot account and associated data. PrintPlot is published by the PrintPlot developer account (printplot26@gmail.com).

How to delete your account

In the PrintPlot app (recommended):
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm when prompted. Email accounts ask for your password; Google accounts ask you to sign in again. This permanently deletes your PrintPlot account and removes local projects on that device. No email or web form is required.
If you cannot open the app:
Email us from the address you use to sign in to PrintPlot at printplot26@gmail.com with the subject line PrintPlot account deletion request, and include the email for your PrintPlot account. We complete deletion within 30 days.

What may be kept (and for how long)

Security / fraud records: Minimal logs needed to prevent abuse may be retained up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.

Legal retention: We may keep information longer only if required by law or to resolve a dispute.

Crash diagnostics: Aggregated or anonymized crash data that cannot identify you may remain in diagnostic systems.

Cloud copies (if any): PrintPlot Free stores projects on your device by default. If you later use cloud sync (when available) and saved projects to Google Drive or SharePoint, delete those copies in that service, or ask us for help identifying what to remove.
